1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued for leads that qualify under our official Return Policy. Once approved, the refunded amount is credited back to your LinkvaPro account.

2. How to Cancel Your Account

If you wish to cancel your LinkvaPro account, please contact your dedicated account manager. They will assist you by:

• Pausing all active campaigns.
• Submitting a refund request for any unused account balance.
• Ensuring the funds are returned to the original payment method used to add funds

3. Processing Time

Refunds typically take up to 10 business days to process.
